mate, Singapore is very veg friendly. I go there a lot. They've got a lot of Chinese faux meat based veg foods (a whole cuisine in fact) as well as a lot of indian veg food.

yes u are able to get vegetarian food very easily.
stalls in hawkers centre, food courts, veg cafe, veg restaurants with chinese/western/indian/italian menu
