im still watching the later part of series 2 at the moment. ive really enjoyed it so far. the only complaint ive got is that it was a bit derivative of another show called the 4400.

I liked the first two seasons but the third lost me. I haven't been following. Really a shame though...

I've only seen like 2 episodes of Heroes so far, (this last finalle included). I'd like to go back and watch the earlier episodes. My friend has both seasons 1 and 2 on dvd... perhaps i should borrow them.
Btw, I loved the 4400, i miss it. I didn't get to see all the episodes though. been searching a good online site to watch them, but may have to search for the seasons on DVD in the end.

I didn;t see Heroes the first two seasons, but I got season 2 out of the library sometime this year. I returned it before I watched the last episode where
Peter catches the vial with the Shanti virus
but I read the episode synopsis on Heroeswiki.
I didn't like the beginning of the season where so many characters were acting out-of-character... Peter and Claire being villanous vs. Sylar being a good guy??!!... wassup with THAT?... but this spring it was starting to get really good. I didn't like Sylar living and Nathan getting killed off though.

Great show, Heroes. I've seen all episodes of seasons one, two and three, and I'm really looking foreward to seeing the final season. Can't wait :D

"Heroes" has been renewed for at least one more season, but I'm hoping it's not the last.
"Heroes" and "Chuck" are the two series which will make my decision whether or not I bother to get a digital antenna for my TV. It can handle digital input, I assume- you can toggle between digital and analog input in the menu- but the antenna I'm using doesn't appear to get a signal when I go to digital, although I've heard that at least one of the local stations has already commenced digital broadcast (in addition to keeping analog on a reduced-power signal for another month).
Maybe I'll go to Heroeswiki and check out some of the next-season spoilers...

I love Heroes! I have been watching since a co-worker told me about it during season 2. I had to watch all of the previous episodes on the computer to catch up and I haven't missed another since. Heroes and Lost are my fav shows!

Hmmm...
"Nathan" is really Sylar, who's been brainwashed by Matt to think he's really Nathan. But what happens when he tries to fly?... Sylar didn't absorb Nathan's power, did he? When he came back in through the window after Nathan when they were fighting, I thought he was levitating himself.

I wasn't sure where to put this (there's a thread in this forum about veg movie stars), but evidently Milo Ventimiglia is lacto-vegetarian.

So, what does everyone think about the new season so far? (I still haven’t rigged my antenna for digital so I’m getting the episodes off www.nbc.com)
Zachary Quinto does a terrific portrayal of Sylar but I’m getting sick of the character. Peter, Matt, Claire, and Hiro are some of the most sympathetic characters in a sci-fi series ever- but I’m sick of seeing all the garbage happen to them: Peter doesn’t have his full powers anymore, Hiro doesn’t either and he has some sort of illness, Matt is having prob;ems with residues from Sylar’s personality… and what’s up with this creepy megalomaniacal carnival dude they’ve introduced? It would be fun to see a sociopath smackdown between him and Sylar…
I’m waiting for a Groucho Marx impersonator to jump out singing “Lydia The Tatooed Lady” one of these episodes.

I enjoy Heroes quite a lot. There is a bit of confusion going on this season. I am sure the "carnival dude" will play a major roll in something big eventually. The end of last nights episode was ..... cool... :D

Okay- this show started picking up last night. It was fun seeing Peter kick Sylar's temporarily-depowered behind.
I think Samuel put something in Claire's popcorn though.

It was a cool episode. I think we have seen the last of Nathan though...

^^^ Unfortunately, that's probably the case. I didn't find that plan to resurrect Nathan to be all that convincing to begin with, though.

This week's episode was kind of strange. I've watched about half of it on-line and will probably see the rest tonight. Peter's going to get help from Sylar??!!... And what's with Sylar's pangs of remorse anyway?... Not that he shouldn't feel them with all the stuff he's done, but I thought he had dispensed with any regrets by the end of the season before last ("Villains").

I stopped watching this show back in S2 not because I didn't like it but because too many things were pulling me away from watching much TV. I really must try to get back into again. :)

I'm not really enjoying Heroes anymore, I only watch when I've got nothing better to do (which is quite often :p ). There is way too much Claire and her stupid dad in this series. I have so much love for sexy psycho Sylar :smitten: I love it when he and Peter bond...

I am still enjoying the show even though it has not been as good as in the past....I don't want Sylar to be nice...I like him evil...

I can't believe I didn't see this thread earlier. I wish the writers never went on strike. I still love Heroes but the quality definitely faltered right after it happened. Maybe they'll let Sylar use his full array of abilities to take on Samuel and his devote followers? That'd be interesting. I haven't really seen him use anything except psychokinesis, shapeshifting, healing and maybe electricity manipulation in a while. Well, Lydia's ability too, but there's nothing to see for that. Hopefully they've dumped a couple bucks into the fight between Sylar and Samuel.

I wish the writers never went on strike.
I watched the first two seasons and was hooked. Then when the 3rd season came back I was so lost, I thought maybe I hadn't really seen the first two seasons. But I continued watching it, and then the strike. I haven't watched it since then. I almost feel like I have to start the 3rd season all over again so that I can go to the 4th one. Eh. Too much to watch, too little time.

It's definitely been building on itself. Season 5 is beginning. I'm still excited:hump:
Now I just to have wait another 6 months. :brood:
