I don't know how many vegan white chocolate lovers there are here on VB, but in case this is helpful to anyone, I thought I'd post. :D
I love white chocolate. LOVE it. I don't like regular chocolate too much, for some reason, but there's nothing that can ease my (rarely seen) sweet tooth like white chocolate. When I went vegan, I made an immediate search for vegan white chocolate (the regular variety is generally made with milk).
I looked around and found a few contenders. First I ordered Pangea Vegan Store's store brand (VeganSweets) since I'd read good things about it:
VeganSweets:
TASTE: Waxy and not all that sweet. More like decorating chips than white chocolate (the kind of chips you use on cookies that are more for looks than taste).
TEXTURE: Waxy and a little grainy.
PRICE: $3.99 for 12 ounces.
WOULD I BUY THEM AGAIN? I doubt it, even if I couldn't get any other brand. I just couldn't get past the waxy taste and the feel of them in my mouth. They were really unsatisfying for me. I threw away the bag I had when I got my Oppenheimer chips in.

After striking out with VeganSweets, I was a little hesitant to (possibly) waste more money on another let-down, but ordered Oppenheimer's anyway (I bought mine from Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe).
Oppenheimer:
TASTE: Much sweeter and smoother than the VeganSweets ones. These aren't as creamy and smooth as real white chocolate, but they're a lot closer than the VeganSweets chips. The taste is better when the chips are melted in the microwave, for some reason. I used these to make a (very unhealthy) snack mix with Rice Chex, pretzel sticks and dried cranberries and it's delicious. Sweet without being cloying.
TEXTURE: Creamier and less grainy/waxy than VeganSweets. They melt fairly easily in your mouth or the microwave and have a fairly authentic mouth feel to them.
PRICE: $3.99 for 11 ounces.
WOULD I BUY THEM AGAIN? Yes. I have, actually. I ordered two more bags today. They're not a perfect dupe of real white chocolate, but they're good enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, taste good right out of the bag and they work well in recipes.

The winner? Oppenheimer, hands down.
Hope that helps someone!
