currently according the nutritiondata.com my estimated glycemic load is 161 and they say on that site that it shoudl be below 100. now am i eating too many carbs?

my diet at the moment looks like this

breakfast:
* 1 cup oats
* 1/2 cup blueberries
* 1 cup skim milk + 1 tbs of canola oil

morning tea:
* 1/4 cup couscous
* 1/3 tin of red kidney beans
* 1 tbs 100% peanut butter

lunch:
2 sandwichs made up of
* 4 pieces wholemeal bread
* lettuce
* advocado
* beetroot

afternoon tea:
* 1 small baked potato
* 1 banana
* 1 cup of skim milk + 1 tbs of canola oil

tea
* 1/4 cup brown rice
* 1 cup carrots
* 1/4 cup of almond nuts

now im an active 24 year old male, i run twice a week and weightlift twice a week (not on the same days i run), i weight 73kg, and am 6'.
all the above foods add up to about 2300 cal a day which i thought was what a person of type should be eating to be considered healthy. but now i work out my glycemic load is almost twice that which i should be having. but how can anyone possibly get it below 100? i can understand a small girl but a large man should be eating lots which i am.

so does anyone have any ideas whats up with this?

thanks.
