I once thought Special K with Red Berries was not vegan, but it is and I tried Kashi Strawberry Fields.... Special K with Red Berries is way better.
Just thought I would post a review and see what everyone else thinks about these products.

I luv Special K w/Berries. Awesome! I have it a couple times a week. Our local market has it this week 2 boxes for $5, which is a deal considering when not on sale they are almost $4 a box. I got two boxes which will last me about a month.

I've never had the Kashi stuff, but Special K red berries is pretty good. But it's not vegan - it's got milk products in it if I remember correctly.

It is vegan and I have written them and they say it is. I think it may have once had milk products in it. I would post the letter, but I have it no longer.

I just love the Kashi Strawberry Fields cereal! I have never tried the Special K one, though.

I've had both, and I think the Special K is better. The Kashi, while pretty good, is mushy and bland in comparison.

Yeah, the Special K Red Berries is vegan. I've checked it out too.

Ingredient Listing (http://kellogg.marketlocator.com/kelloggs/us/knutr.nsf/0/A1AD90B21A06C55E862569BC00682B65?opendocument&Cat=Cereals)

It has no cholestrol. Isn't that a sign that there isn't any animal derived ingredients included? I see the various vitamin B's, but can't they be synthetic? Please let me know what you think. I'm pretty knew at being vegan so I could be wrong and would like to know if so. Thanks!

They used to have freeze dried milk or something but they got rid of it. Special K is my favorite cereal ever!!!

I have a box of both regular special k and red berries in our cupboard i jsut checked the boxes (both im sure relatively new) the red berries are infact animal product free and the regular special k has skim milk powder in it.

I thought I was lovin the special K but then every few bites I'd get a nasty strawberry- with a funny aftertaste so I gave up.
