Veggie Bite!

I just went to Veggie Bite in Chicago on Saturday and it was amazing! I got chili cheese fries, nachos, meatball sandwich, and a mint chocolate chip milkshake...all vegan! It was so good!!!

Anyone else ever go there? Also, who here lives in or by Chicago? I totally am game for meeting up with some veg heads like myself and going out to eat or something. I took the train and walked from Union Station all the way to Veggie Bite (was about 3 miles or so) and it was awesome...I loved it. Just wish the weather was a little warmer. What are some other good veg restaurants in Chicago? I've been to Chicago Diner once awhile ago and it was sweet!

I go there with my wife about 4 times a month. We also go to Earwax, Handlebar, Sultan's Market, and Penny's Noodle Shop in the general area for veg friendly options.

Veggie Bite is really good. I loved their french fries and strawberry milkshake. Their milkshake was one of the best I've ever had. It's unfortunate there aren't more location, but I hear the owner is thinking of expanding to more areas in Chicago.

I would recommend Soul Vegetarian on the south side, but it's hit or miss, depending on which day of the week you go. The less busy they are, the better the food quality seems to be.

Veggie Bite has Great Food...My Omni Fiancee suprised me one day we were out and we went there and I was even more suprised he liked the food too:)

The next Chicago vegan meet up is at the Veggie Bite in Wicker Park. The wife and I are definitely attending.
