Creatine Monohydrate (the most proven form of creatine) can vary. Sometimes it's extracted from red meat, somtimes it's synthesized in labs or extracted from plant matter.

There's a source of vegan based creatine mono.

Typing this from iPhone. So kinda short
I'd do upper body 2x's a week back chest and shoulders. Running 2-3 times a week. Spinning and eliptical thrown in from time to time. Eat 6-7 small meals a day. A meal can be a little oatmeal to a dinner back to an apple. Down 48lbs since nov. I'm about 183 right now working to see what 175 looks like. :)
