Vegan-friendly restaurants near the U of I

I will be going to the U of I soon for a competition and was wondering if anyone knows of vegan-friendly places to eat near the campus that are open on Saturdays. I looked on happycow.net and saw the Red Herring, but it's only open Tuesday-Friday. It's going to be a long day for me, and I can't really bring food for lunch and dinner. :-/

Red Herring and Strawberry Fields are the only 2 I know of. Strawberry Fields is a health food store with a deli. It's not all vegetarian and I'm sure it's expensive but other than that your only options are probably chains.
