Nepal Cuisine in Boulder

Hey everyone. I recently heard that a Nepalese restaurant in Boulder called "Nepal Cuisine" serves an all-vegan buffet every Monday. Has anyone ever tried them? I am planning on going next Monday, and if this is true, perhaps it will be my new Nepalese/Indian food place to go.

Well I went on Monday and it was great. Everything is vegan (on Monday, lunch only?), and it's all very tasty. I will be going as often as I can! Highly recommended.

I've heard about this, I'm glad its so good! I've been meaning to go, but stuck on the night shift I usually sleep through lunch time.

Well I am now a regular and go every Monday; usually I recognize most of the other people there who also come every week for vegan buffet :). Additionally, I have been a few times on non-Monday's, and they still have a very good veg. selection (moreso than most other Indian/Nepalese restaurants); seems to be mostly vegan+1 vegetarian+1 or 2 meat dishes squashed back in the corner. HIGHLY Recommended, even if you can't make vegan Monday's.
