This looks amazing but I can't find it anywhere. Anyone tried it yet?

I grabbed it from WF a few weeks ago. It's good, but I can't stop thinking of coconut milk as something you COOK with, not something you drink straight.
Still, real good though. :D

That looks good.. Too bad I don't have a WF near me. I should check our co-op.

How high is the fat content? I didn't see the nutrition facts on that site.

I found out it's carried at a few stores close to me. I may have to check them out and look for it!

I finally got to try this today. I got the unsweetened version. I'm really disappointed in it. It's very watery and thin. It wasn't flavorful at all and pretty much just tasted like water. Of course I got the unsweetened version but still I was expecting at least a hint of coconut. I'm glad I found it on sale and I had a coupon because the stuff is expensive. The sweetened ones might be thicker and better but I most likely won't be buying this again. I'll stick with my regular soymilk.

Wow! I'm really surprised you thought it was watery. I find it to be so much like cow's milk, in terms of consistency. Now rice milk, that's watery. But I think this stuff is really good.

I thought it was way too watery as well. I expected it to be thick. I had the vanilla flavored kind. It does say "Coconut Milk Beverage" and not just coconut milk. I haven't bought it again b/c of how thin and watery it was.

It looks so good. I try to avoid saturated fat, but I think an occasional treat would be OK.

That's wild. I'm just curious: Did you expect it to be thick like canned coconut milk? I think it's supposed to be like cow's milk in terms of consistency, as opposed to being like coconut milk from a can. I'm drinking some right now, and it's just how I remember dairy milk. It even seems a bit thicker than soy milk to me.

I didn't even find it to be the same consistency as dairy milk. It is, to me, even more watery than skim milk. I may not have expected it to be as thick as canned coconut milk, but it is in no way the same consistency as any dairy milk I've ever had.

Same here. I expected it to be more like soymilk or any other type of dairy alternative but it was more like water to me.

I tried the Vanilla today. It was great.
I hate all not chocolate versions of almond/soy/rice milk. Chocolate milk tastes funny on cereal, but this vanilla went great. Its a bit pricey, but I think its worth it, I'm glad I found something!

That's really weird. Maybe it was a bad batch or something. You might want to call the company and tell them about your experience. From what people have been saying on here, they seem to be pretty responsive to customer concerns.

I admit I was very surprised to read this too - we always get original So Delicious Coconut Milk as our non-dairy replacement for drinking/cooking and I find it to be very close to dairy milk in consistency and flavor (that is, a bland, almost-not-there sort of flavor). I like it better than rice milk because it doesn't have that sweet rice flavor, and I like it better than soymilk because it doesn't smell beany.
You guys who found it watery, did you shake it up before pouring it?

Yep. Everytime I poured it I made sure I gave it a good shake.

Huh. Weird.

I dunno, all I can say is that after several passes, my household definitely gives So Delicious
