I didn't want to put this in the Digging in the Dirt section because it doesn't really pertain to gardening and really, I just want to know if anyone has used this product
I'm sure there are a variety of places that offer this but this is what I've been looking at:

My neighbor and I have a little plot of dirt in front of our houses and he's always sweeping up the bark that floats away when it rains. And it always rains here. It's actually storming right now as I type.
Anyway, I think this would be a good substitute. What do you think?
The only things grown in the plot are shrubs and there might be two rose bushes. I'm not sure if they're alive. Only stumps left. I guess he trimmed them down to the ground
There's a smaller plot on his side that has a crate mertle (sp?) in it too. That little plot will have the same mulch no matter what gets bought.
