I live near Hazleton not too far away but i was recently at Vegan Treats in Bethlehem and it was absolutely amazing. I'm sure its not the most healthy food for you but it was cool to taste sweets so delicious that didn't have any animal products at all. I would recommend stopping by there since you live close by. It was an eye opening experience and really helped me take the step from vegetarian to vegan.

I'm in the Lehigh Valley! And I'm planning to go to the Lehigh Valley Veg potluck on May 6th at 6PM. I missed it every month so far but this time I am going to make time for it.

I live in northern Delaware and occasionally make trips up to Schnecksville, PA with my boyfriend to see his family.

I live pretty close to the border of Allentown and Bethlehem right now, but I grew up in Nazareth. I'm familiar with a lot of the Lehigh Valley though. I was beginning to think I was all alone here :)

I am about 30 minutes South of Allentown in the Boyertown area. I had posted something here before about going to the montly potluck dinner held in Bethlehem but didn't recieve any replies!
Vegan Treats is amazing! You'd never know it wasn't the 'real thing'.
Also try eating at Balasia on the main street in Emmaus, all 100% local and vegan foods, I loved it!
I need to make the trip up there to do some shopping at Wegmans, mmm.
