I once googled my name and saw some comments that I made on VB. I would prefer to be a little more incognito. Thanks in advance!:worried:

you'd need to become a contributing member and ask michael.

Is there such a thing as being incognito when posting on the net? heh.
I found it in favor for me once. A family member read about how I feel about them and I did not have to tell them to their face. The message was loud and clear. :D
I use a different name for message boards and learned not to use my last name anymore or anything close to it. :sign:

I've had this happen before - super easy way to end old friendships you're scared to end :-/

No one has to change their screen name to remove information they've posted, as long as they haven't lost their password or anything. Just go back and either delete the posts in question, or edit them down to something nondescript, like "Post removed." If another poster perhaps quoted your post, and you'd like to have that removed, then you'd need to send the links to the mods, and we'd go from there. Or, if the other poster is still around, they might be willing to edit their posts. Lots of options for ya!
