Hey guys. A lot of people have protein questions. How do you know if you're getting enough on a veggie diet?

One small question. You say that "Frances Moore Lappe, admitted in the 1990s that she had been completely mistaken in her assertion that animal protein was necessary." I thought Francis Moore Lappe was the person who believed that vegetarians needed to combine proteins at meals to get all the essential amino acids. A position she later recanted. I don't think she ever claimed that eating animal proteins were necessary.

that was an interesting read.

Yea, when I was eating meat, i used to go upto 300g of protein a day (totally unnecessary). I only learnt about protein absorption properly when i was doing medical health science at uni.
