just want to brag a bit, if I may!

In 12 weeks, I'm down 17 lbs! I started at 161 lbs, and I'm down to 143lbs today. I'm 5'4", and a med frame, and my goal is 135 lbs, which I haven't been at since 1996! (Went throught a very traumatic time in my life and divorce, to say the least) But this is so much healthier, than the stress diet!

I've been strictly o-l veg*n for three weeks, and I can honestly say, I feel great! Here's to turning 40 last month, and making killer changes for a healthier lifestyle! :hamster: !
