Follow the link on www.kashi.com to get a coupon sent to you for a free frozen Kashi meal. 5 of their entrees are vegan, and at least one other is vegetarian. They don't look half bad either!

Just go to Kashi.com and on the main page there's a link for a free frozen meal. You can go to their product descriptions page and read about the different meals. Their vegan ones are marked "vegan."

Mmmm! I tried one of their rice frozen dinners a few years ago and thought it was only OK, but the grocery stores here didn't have the Tuscan lasagna! That looks yummy!

Got mine today too! Yay!! Have already tried all the vegan ones (I think) and like most of them. Publix had them bogo free last week too so I still have a couple in the freezer. I like the Tuscan one a lot and hubbby likes the mango one. I am happy to see these at both the grocery stores I shop at.
