Amy's California and Texas burgers are pretty much the only veggie brugers I'll eat. I don't like when fake meat tries to be like real meat...something about the texture just grosses me out. But Amy's rocks! :) I, too, wish more of the stuff was vegan. They are really the only *good* brand of veggie stuff that's readily available near me.

I really like the cheeseless pizza and the burritos, but I tried the tamale pie the other day and I had to chuck it out. Whew, it was gross!

The cheeseless pizza uses agave nectar as a sweetner instead of honey. It's too bad they just don't use that for all of the potentially vegan dishes. I'd like to try that veggie loaf meal, and honey is the only deterrent.

I tried one of her burittos last night, and it was fabulous,
but it was cheap on the beans, which tend to bother me anyhow
so no biggie...
I microwaved it without a paper towel, just covered it, and it
stuck mercilessly to the plate, and then it exploded, LOL...
But it was really yummy...
Mine had cheese it it though, so it wasn't vegan...
I saw that most of thier stuff has casein in it...
Maybe some of you vegans need to write to the company,
and request more vegan items...
Just a suggestion...

:vebo::bobo:
I am delivering the promised information about the vegan cheese pizzas that I found at my local co-op!
Here's the website for more info:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the vegan ones.

Epski...they are really tasty! I hope you can find them at a store near you!

I must have that vegan pizza. I will not rest until I find it!

I like the black bean buritto, the non-dairy buritto, the mac & soy cheese, the lentil soup (w/ and w/o veggies), the black bean soup and the chili (medium).

(Hmmm. Maybe I eat too many processed foods.)

I like their frozen meals, but I don't get them anymore because, while at first I didn't have any problems, recently the plastic-coated paper food container has been melting there-by ruining my food. They should use recyclable plastic (that won't melt  ) rather than non-recyclable plastic coated paper which melts and so is bad for me and the environment.

Do they have non-frozen meals that I should/could look for?
