This is my official progress thread. I'm posting my current goals and pics, and as I reach my goals I will post here. I'll also post my workouts and food log here!
Goals:
*Eat more veggies, and less starches
*Improve muscles
*Become stronger as it applies to my horseback riding and overall.
*Overall improve my diet and physical health.
Here are my current photos:
^I need to improve my ab definition
^Take a little fat off my thighs and get better definition
^Need arm definition, and get rid of the flab that hangs down....
So I'll update tomorrow on my meals and workouts!
