Hey I was wondering if I could put a progress thread in Physical Fitness?? Like, me writing my daily food and exercise stuff and posting progress photos??? I'm about to start a full body transformation...or TRY.

Just thought I would ask if it was ok before I started it.

i don't see why not. people have done their own progress threads before.

You could also do a blog if you want to provide "details of the day". If you're recording numbers primarily, the thread would probably do the job. :)
