okay me and maple_syrup were looking for shoes for homecoming that had no leather and were still really cute and not too expensive (tho as teenagers we prolly have different definitions of expensive than most adults) and we were looking at this brand of shoes called Chinese Laundry and they had a lot of shoes that had polyurethane bottoms and satin/fabric uppers and we were glad b/c they were really cute and didnt have leather so we wanted to tell you guys because we were so excited!!!! :D

Oh, rockin! I used to have a Chinese Laundry fetish. I haven't bought them in a while, not because of veganism, but, well.. they kinda hurt my wallet. Heh. The next time I have some money for shoes though, I will seek out some Chinese Laundry. Thanks for the tip!
