Hi everyone,
I hope you can help me in this matter. I've bought a set of fitness bands in order to work out at home during my free-time because I'm having trouble coping with school so I don't have much time to go to the gym.
My problem is that I want to do the work-out in my room but I haven't been able to find a place to hook or clinch the rubber bands so I'm running out of ideas already but I do know that I must find three angles, one at ground level which I already found, another at shoulder and over head level.
Please help me out with this.
